Privacy Policy

This policy explains how LWAYOTE MIIZIK handles information when you browse the site, create an account, sign in, make a purchase, or access your library.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use LWAYOTE MIIZIK, we may process:

  • Account information such as your email address and authentication identifiers.
  • Basic profile information made available when you choose Google Sign-In.
  • Purchase and order information, including the item purchased, amount, transaction status, order reference, and the email associated with the purchase.
  • Library and entitlement records used to determine which tracks, albums, or videos your account or guest purchase session may access.
  • Basic usage information used to operate and understand the site, such as pages viewed, referring source, device category, and approximate region or timezone information.
  • Technical session information stored in cookies or similar browser storage for authentication, security, checkout, and guest-purchase access.

2. Google Sign-In and Google user data

If you choose Continue with Google, Google authenticates you and may provide LWAYOTE MIIZIK with the basic account information permitted by that sign-in flow, such as your email address and basic profile information. We use this information to sign you in, identify your account, and associate eligible purchases with My Library.

LWAYOTE MIIZIK does not use Google Sign-In to request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, or other sensitive or restricted Google services. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising profiles.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and payment methods made available through Stripe. LWAYOTE MIIZIK does not store your full payment-card number or card security code. Stripe may collect payment, billing, device, fraud-prevention, and identity information under its own privacy practices. We receive transaction and order information needed to confirm payment, provide access, handle support, and maintain records.

4. How we use information

  • Provide and secure accounts, Google Sign-In, and My Library.
  • Process purchases and confirm access to paid or free digital content.
  • Provide protected playback links and prevent unauthorized access or redistribution.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the website and its performance.
  • Send account, authentication, purchase, or service messages when needed.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar storage that are necessary for sign-in, session security, guest purchases, checkout return flows, and remembering access associated with your browser. Third-party services involved in authentication and payments may also set or read cookies according to their own policies.

6. When information is shared

We may share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate LWAYOTE MIIZIK, including authentication, hosting, database, email, security, analytics, and payment providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.

7. Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain purchase and entitlement records, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. You may also stop using Google Sign-In and use another available sign-in method. Some records may need to be retained for security, transaction, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.

9. Children

LWAYOTE MIIZIK is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can review the request.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published. Continued use of the service after an update is subject to the revised policy where permitted by law.
