1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using LWAYOTE MIIZIK, creating an account, signing in, purchasing content, or using My Library, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and sign-in
- You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting access to your account.
- You may use available sign-in methods, including Google Sign-In, where offered.
- Do not attempt to access another person's account, purchases, or protected content.
- We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, purchases, artists, or the service from fraud, abuse, or security threats.
3. Digital purchases and access
Prices and availability are shown before checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe and the payment methods Stripe makes available. A successful payment grants the access described for the purchased item; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the recording, composition, artwork, video, or other intellectual property.
Unless a download option is expressly provided for a specific item, premium content is licensed for personal, non-commercial streaming or viewing through LWAYOTE MIIZIK. Access may depend on the signed-in account or the browser/session associated with a guest purchase.
4. Payment issues and refunds
If you are charged but do not receive the access you purchased, contact us so we can investigate the order. Refund requests are reviewed in light of the circumstances, the nature of digital delivery, payment-provider rules, and any rights you have under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
5. Permitted use
You may use the service for lawful personal use. You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, resell, publicly perform, rebroadcast, or commercially exploit protected content without authorization.
- Circumvent access controls, signed playback links, watermarks, purchase checks, or other technical protections.
- Use automated tools to scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
- Use the service for fraud, infringement, harassment, malware, credential theft, or any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The LWAYOTE MIIZIK name, site design, software, catalog presentation, and content made available through the service are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Artist recordings, videos, artwork, names, and related materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. No rights are granted except the limited access expressly provided by the service.
7. Third-party services
Parts of the service rely on third-party providers, including authentication, hosting, email, database, security, and payment services. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. LWAYOTE MIIZIK is not responsible for an independent third party's systems or policies, but we select providers to support operation of the service.
8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, improve, replace, or discontinue features of the service. Catalog items may become unavailable because of rights, artist, technical, legal, or business requirements. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain purchased access when the applicable rights and service functionality permit it.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, LWAYOTE MIIZIK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These limitations do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when revised Terms are published. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
